Robert Kaul

Robert Kaul

Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairman of the Board
Mr. Kaul founded Cloud DX in 2014 and has over 30 years of experience in sales, marketing and operations leadership as an entrepreneur. Mr. Kaul previously founded Cloud Diagnostics LLC in 2009 and served as Executive VP, and later CEO at Biosign Technologies Inc. (“Biosign”) (TSXV:BIO) following the sale of Cloud Diagnostics LLC to Biosign in 2010. Prior to founding the original Cloud Diagnostics, Robert was Chief Operating Officer of ARA Safety Inc, a life safety company based in Vancouver, BC. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alberta, a certificate in Film Production from Vancouver Film School and an Executive Certificate in Operations Strategy from Sloan School of Management at MIT.
Simon Selkrig

Simon brings 20 years of financial experience in 7 countries to Cloud DX with particular expertise in public company financial modeling, e-commerce as well as M&A transactions. He has an MBA in Finance & International Business and is a CPA in both Canada and Australia.
Anthony Kaul

Mr. Kaul founded Cloud DX in 2014 and has nearly 30 years of experience in sales, marketing and leadership. Mr. Kaul previously founded Higher Bracket Online Media, an executive employment website specializing in jobs paying over $100,000 per year. At Cloud DX Anthony provides operational leadership including functional control over sourcing, regulatory affairs, compliance, hardware & software development within our ISO 13485 regulated Quality Management System (QMS), human capital and operations of our offices in Kitchener, ON and Brooklyn, NY. He also fills integral roles on the finance committee, business advisory board and assists with fundraising activities. Anthony is a graduate of the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Commerce degree.

Mr. Miller graduated from BCIT with an honours diploma in Mechanical Technology in 1986. At the age of 25, he purchased his first manufacturing business, Van Ingen (now Advanced Bending Technologies). He later went on to purchase IMW Industries, which he built into a globally successful exporter with subsidiaries in five countries, with over $100 million in revenue and 900 employees. After selling IMW in 2009, Brad continued to invest in manufacturing space in Canada and the United States and currently owns seven companies under the AdvanTec banner specialized in marine and industrial manufacturing with a focus on clean tech manufacturing. Additionally, Brad is a significant investor in several tech start-ups in the food processing and medical device sectors. Brad is also active as a volunteer director on the boards of two foundations, three not for profits and one NGO with a focus on education and health in Canada and Uganda.
Michele Middlemore

Ms. Middlemore is founder and Managing Director of MC2 Business Advisors Inc. and brings over 25 years of domestic and international corporate finance experience, having advised public and private companies in a variety of industries. She was previously a partner in MNP LLP in Toronto, an advisor with PWC LLP in Toronto and in London, UK, Vice President of the Board of Directors of Hospice Toronto and a Sessional Lecturer at the University of Toronto, Rotman School of Management. Ms. Middlemore obtained an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Windsor and holds the designations of Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst and Chartered Business Valuator. She is also a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors.
Constantine Zachos

Dr. Constantine (Gus) Zachos (MD, DCAPM, ABAARM) has been actively practicing clinical medicine for almost 30 years. He is a ‘Diplomate’ with the Canadian Academy of Pain Management and Board Certified with the American Board of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine. He has special interests in pain and addiction medicine and in the study of the aging process from a hormone and nutritional perspective as well as extensive experience in emergency and ambulatory medicine, particularly as it relates to clinic development. Dr. Zachos has developed extensive entrepreneurial experience in land development and in start up investment, particularly in the MedTech space as it relates to the future of healthcare both in Canada and abroad.
William Charnetski

Mr. William (Bill) Charnetski is the EVP, Health System Solutions and Government Affairs for PointClickCare, a Canadian healthcare technology company. Prior to joining PointClickCare Mr. Charnetski served in the Ontario Provincial Government from 2015 to 2018 as Chief Health Innovation Strategist. He served on the Board of Waterfront Toronto from 2004 to 2011, and was Chair of that Board’s Communication and Marketing Committee from 2007 to 2011. Although a non-profit organization with three levels of government, as shareholders Waterfront Ontario conducted all Board activity according to public company best practices for corporate governance. Mr. Charnetski was an Associate attorney at Torys LLP from 1997- 2004 and was a Partner at the firm from 1999 to 2004 where he practiced mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, securities law, and was Head of the Privacy Law Group.
Guarav Puri

Dr. Gaurav Puri has nearly 15 years of experience practicing family and emergency medicine. He is currently the Clinical Chief of the Department of Emergency Medicine at Southlake Regional Health Centre. Other current positions include Physician Lead for the Emergency Department Physician Assistant program at Southlake Regional Health Centre and academic lecturer at the University of Toronto. Dr. Puri is currently medical advisor to Able Innovations and business development advisor to Piiva. He earned an Honours BSc from University of York, and his Doctor of Medicine from University of Western Ontario.
Konstantin Othmer

Mr. Konstantin Othmer is an entrepreneur and investor who began his career as an engineer with Apple where he worked on the Apple II and was later responsible for the Macintosh graphics system. Konstantin has started and operated companies in industries as diverse as online gaming (Catapult Entertainment), enterprise software (ePeople), mobile communications (Core Mobility, Carrier IQ), crowdsourcing (Speechpad), automotive technology (CloudCar) and most recently healthy, sustainable drinks (H2Yo.co). As an angel investor, he has invested in more than 40 startups including Canva, Cepheid, Immersion, Life360, Ring, and Tesla.
